Two Ramen Horyu shops were published in the Michelin Hokkaido guide – and this is the birthplace of it all. This ramen shop located in Susukino has also received the highest form of support by claiming the Hokkaido Governer’s Award for the Kurobi Ramen that uses kuromiso.
