Ramadan Sehar & Iftar Calendar 2021 For Tokyo Published

Update (October 2026): This article was published for Ramadan 2020/2021, and its timetable no longer applies. Ramadan 2027 is projected to begin on 8 February 2027, with Eid al-Fitr expected on 9 or 10 March 2027, both subject to moon sighting. Exact dates depend on moon sighting and are announced by local Islamic authorities, so check your local mosque for daily prayer and iftar times.

We congratulate all Muslim brothers and sisters in Japan and elsewhere for the upcoming Ramadan.  We have published the Ramadan Sehar and Iftar calendars for Tokyo and surrounding areas. Please note this calendar is not valid for other areas of Japan.
