Ruyat-e-Hilal Committee-Japan announces that Insha Allah, Eid-ul-Adha 2019 will fall on August 11, Sunday. Eid prayers will be held in various mosques all over Japan. As the Eid is falling on Sunday, large gatherings are expected in these masjids.
Muslim tourists are advised to get Eid prayer information from local mosques near the places where they are staying. Although all the mosques have various traditions for giving treats to the Muslims who attend eid prayers, there might be some masajid where the organizers distribute food to the people who attend these prayers. Local food businesses may also serve various food items on stalls for the Muslim community gathered on the occasion.
