Estate-Simon Co., Ltd.) announces the Monday 24 February, 2014 opening of a Prayer Room,
aimed at providing a space for Muslim (followers of Islam) customers to worship at the premium Outlets premises.

Shisui Premium Outlets is located approximately 10 minutes by car from Narita International
Airport, and accessible by airport shuttle, welcomes a large number of foreign visitors to Japan. To
meet the growing needs of its international customers and allow guests to enjoy a more relaxed shopping
experience, the Outlets are taking up a variety of service improvements. Opening a prayer room is just one of the step the company has taken to satisfy its valuable customers.

August 2013 at Gotemba and October 2013 at Rinku) will be renamed the “Prayer Room” beginning Tuesday 1 April, 2014
